Chris Cleverly was called to the Bar in 1990, and subsequently founded Trafalgar Chambers establishing himself as the youngest head of chambers in the last century. In addition to his legal work, Mr Cleverly is Executive Chairman of Block Commodities and Advisor of Dala / Wala Financial Platform.

He is also Chief Executive Officer of the Made in Africa Foundation, a UK non-profit organisation established to assist the development of the African continent by providing first-stage funding for the feasibility studies and business development of large-scale infrastructure projects based in the region. He is also a regular presenter on TV and radio, and a contributor to newspapers and magazines on subjects regarding Africa and African development.

He is also Founder & Co-Chairman of FinComEco, a fully integrated Financial & Commodities Ecosystem and Co-Founder, Chairman and Interim CEO of MINDEX, The Mauritius based International Derivatives and Commodities Exchange.

Other roles include; Adviser to EQI, which will provide innovative banking, trading, custody, lending, clearing and settlement services for fiat and cryptocurrencies; Adviser to Digital Asset Group (DAG), who bridge traditional financial services with emerging digital assets to provide the premier trusted platform to access the digital and crypto economy; Adviser to ThinkCoin, a revolutionary digital trading token that powers TradeConnect, a blockchain-based multi-asset trading network.

Formerly, he was the COO and Co-Founder of Chi-X Europe Limited.

Steve Round is the Director of FinComEco and CEO of electronic banking solutions provider Saescada bringing the first challenger banking platform to market in 2015 .He has a wealth of experience in Financial Services both in the UK and Internationally. He founded the innovative Change Account, is Chair at Ecology Building Society and also Chair at The Big Issue Foundation.

Previously Steve has been Marketing Director at Unity Trust Bank and has advised companies as wide ranging as MasterCard, GE Money and Charity Bank. He has worked and headed projects in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Russia and South Africa working on range of projects including Community Banking, International Remittances and Loyalty Programmes.
